IndiaDocsUSA LLC is a document preparation and application assistance service. We are NOT a law firm, immigration attorney, or authorized representative of the Government of India or any Indian consulate. We do not provide legal or immigration advice.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with notice posted on our website.
2. Our Services
IndiaDocsUSA LLC provides:
- Document preparation and review assistance
- Application form completion guidance
- Consulate appointment scheduling assistance
- Document checklist preparation
- Case status tracking and follow-up
- Video consultation in Hindi and English
3. Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your case
- Remaining 50% is due upon case completion
- Emergency cases require full payment upfront
- All government and consulate fees are separate and paid directly by the client
- We accept Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App
4. Refund Policy
✅ Our Refund Guarantee:
Full refund if we cannot assist with your case. No questions asked.
- Full refund if we determine we cannot help with your specific case
- Partial refund if work has not yet begun on your case
- No refund once document preparation is complete and submitted
- Consulate rejections due to consulate policy changes are not refundable — we will assist with resubmission at no extra charge
5. Client Responsibilities
By using our services you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Upload only genuine and authentic documents
- Respond promptly to our requests for additional information
- Attend your consulate appointment as scheduled
- Pay applicable government and consulate fees directly
6. Limitation of Liability
IndiaDocsUSA LLC is not responsible for:
- Consulate decisions to approve or reject applications
- Changes in consulate requirements or processing times
- Delays caused by consulate backlogs or government policy changes
- Rejection due to client providing inaccurate information
- Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York. By using our services you consent to this jurisdiction.
